Hi, I’m Edric De Guzman
A personal trainer focused on helping people build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. My training style emphasizes proper technique, sustainable progress, and workouts tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle. With a background in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon and two years of experience working in a physical therapy clinic, I bring deeper understanding of movement, injury prevention, and recovery into every session. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to help you stay consistent and make real progress.
I believe fitness should be both challenging and enjoyable. Strength doesn’t have to mean lifting extreme amounts of weight. While I’m always excited to help someone chase big performance goals, for many people strength simply means moving pain-free, getting back into a healthy routine, and being able to enjoy the activities or sports they love.
No matter your age, fitness level, or medical background, there is always room to improve. Progress looks different for everyone, but growth is always possible.
I grew up obese. I weighed 240 pounds and struggled with my health and confidence. I turned my life around when I started lifting weights. Through weight training, I learned the benefits of consistency, discipline, and hard work. These lessons I learned in the gym didn’t just transform my body—they changed my life.
